What is a project?

A project is a space for your docs, notes, attachments, discussions, and code. It based on your Git repository, so we need you to grant access to the repo for us. If you have many Git repos for your product, you need to create separate Nots project for each repo.

What is a private project?

Docs, notes, attachments and code of private project accessible only for you and your teammates. Code is stored in the encrypted volume. Secrets and sensitive data stored in the secure vault. Private projects are available only in PRO plans (Mono and Manifold).

Only git repositories?

Right now yes.

Can I try Nots for free?

Yes! Nots is free to try for 14 days in PRO plans (Mono and Manifold). We will only ask for payment details once your trial is over. In addition, you can create free public visible to everybody projects at any time.

How are users counted for billing at Manifold plan?

You will be billed for the number of unique users among all projects you created. Project creators may deactivate users of their projects at any time.

What happens if I am not satisfied with Nots?

How does the 14-day free trial work?

Once you’re registered, you are automatically given a 14-day free trial period. No credit card is required. During this period you can create private projects, invite teammates and have access to all our features. After this period is over, you can pick another billing plan or continue with the current one.

Do you offer refunds?

We offer refunds within 15 days after the purchase made.

Can I change my billing plan?

Sure you can. You can easily move between plans any time you want, and the new pricing will be adjusted automatically.
